Our MISSION: Engage the millennial community to reduce inequality and increase access to opportunity.

"We are becoming increasingly aware that solutions to our global challenges must purposefully engage youth, at all levels – locally, regionally, nationally and globally. This generation has the passion, dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit to shape the future.”

(Klaus Schwab, World Economic Forum Founder and Executive Chairman)

The Global Shapers Community is a network of city-based Hubs led by young leaders, ages 20 to 30, who want to develop their leadership potential towards serving our society. Individual hubs undertake local projects to improve their communities. Global Shapers is an initiative of the World Economic Forum.

The Los Angeles Hub is made up of technologists, entrepreneurs, educators, artists, scientists, engineers, business leaders, tinkerers, dreamers, and global citizens. We are actively working to improve the state of Los Angeles. Our current mission is to target projects and partnerships that tackle inequality and increase millennial engagement and representation.

To read more about us and apply to join, please see this page. Please know the age limit to join is 30 years.

We also welcome opportunities to collaborate with other stakeholders in Los Angeles and beyond. Please see more here.
